Attacks that naturally deal zero damage, such as attacks which the Titan Dragon is Immune to, do not break the Shield. Therefore, reviving a defeated Titan Dragon mid-battle, whether through a Redemption Dragon's passive Skill or a Phoenix Perk's effect, will not reactivate the Shield. A Titan Shield is a passive Skill that only activates once per battle. Titan Shields can only absorb one damaging attack at maximum, after which it will be disarmed. This makes a Titan Dragon a threat as an opponent. The Titan Shield is a powerful ability which can absorb any incoming attack. Once the Shield is broken, the HP bar reverts to its normal green-color design. When a Titan Dragon's Shield is active, its HP bar in-battle is colored blue and textured with light blue hexagonal patterns, with a blue Skill icon next to it. 
Once it has blocked the attack, it breaks, leaving the Titan Dragon as vulnerable as any other Dragon. The Shield can completely block the first attack directed towards it, resulting in zero damage taken by the Dragon.
At the start of every battle, a Titan Dragon is armed with a light blue Shield, bearing a design similar to its Titan Crest.
